Responsible AI
Humans lead. Agents assist.
MindAgain is designed so humans stay in control. Here is how we build and enforce that principle across every agent and workflow.
AI that earns your trust, step by step.
Human approval required
How it works
Every consequential action an agent proposes — sending a message, filing a task, flagging a record — is presented to you for approval before execution. Agents never take autonomous actions that affect external systems without your explicit sign-off.
Scoped agent permissions
How it works
Each agent is granted the minimum permissions needed for its defined job. You explicitly configure what each agent can see and do. Permissions can be revoked at any time from the workspace settings.
Action boundaries
How it works
Agents operate within clearly defined boundaries. They can read your goals, knowledge base, habits, and reflections — but only within your workspace. Cross-workspace data access, internet browsing, and external API calls require explicit opt-in.
Hallucination handling
How it works
The AI Coach is grounded in your workspace data. When it cannot find a confident answer in your knowledge base, it says so rather than generating plausible-sounding misinformation. For medical, legal, or financial questions, it always recommends consulting a professional.
Review workflows
How it works
Agent activity is logged in full with inputs, outputs, timestamps, and reasoning summaries. You can review, edit, or reverse agent suggestions from the audit log. There is no hidden activity.
No final decisions on regulated matters
How it works
MindAgain agents do not make final medical, legal, or financial decisions. They assist with information, reminders, and workflow organization. All regulated-domain suggestions are clearly labeled as informational and require human review.
